The Maddie and Libby North Foundation was established to make a positive impact on local schools, nurseries, and sports clubs. Our mission is to provide support and resources to enhance educational and recreational opportunities for the youth in our community.

The Maddie and Libby North Foundation is committed to honoring the vibrant lives of our girls, tragically taken from us by a reckless driver in July 2023.
Maddie, just 21, and her little sister Libby, just 17. Their passion for life was truly infectious, and their love for working with children inspires our mission.
Maddie due to graduate from UNI to be a primary school teacher & Libby working as a nursery nurse in a local Nursery school.
In honor of our beautiful girls, we strive to keep their spirit alive through our work and initiatives in enriching the lives of young individuals, just as they both were so passionate about doing.
Expressions Of Interest Application
The Maddie and Libby North Foundation supports schools, nurseries, charities, clubs, voluntary groups, and not-for-profit organisations working in Frome and the wider BA postcode area to improve the lives of children aged 0–11.
Our Foundation provides financial grants to projects and organisations that help children to:

build skills, confidence, and capabilities to support their growth into independent, responsible, and resilient individuals

access opportunities that advance their education and learning

take part in recreational, leisure, and community activities that improve wellbeing, social connection, and quality of life.

We welcome applications from organisations whose work creates meaningful opportunities and positive outcomes for children and young people in our local community.
